Prior to New Year, we’re happy to introduce the new version of 4K Video Downloader. The 4.23 release brings a feature many of you have requested and a multitude of improvements.
Save YouTube Channels with Shorts & Live Tabs
Now, when downloading a YouTube channel that has the Live and Shorts tabs, live videos and YouTube Shorts will be saved along with other videos from this channel. To be able to download Shorts and Live videos within a channel, update to 4K Video Downloader 4.23 and start saving a YouTube channel as you normally would.
Other Improvements in 4K Video Downloader 4.23
The new release also provides better overall stability, fixed YouTube Shorts downloading, and more stable YouTube links parsing. What’s more, when your videos are being converted, the app will now consume less working memory on your device.
Note that you might need to re-log in to YouTube after you update your current version to 4K Video Downloader 4.23. The thing is that now the in-app login retains the login status after the application restart. Due to this change we’ve implemented in the release, a re-login may be required.
